The Centerprise Group’s CPA Advantage Program is a formal,
training, staff and business development partnership program designed to
help professional firms add high value products and services that broaden
their service offerings and strengthens their relationship with their client.
Based upon a suite of Centerprise Group Solutions, Centerprise Group
works with your organization to implement services that represent a potentially
significant source of savings and/or expertise for your clients. Through
a support intensive education, marketing and sales partnership, we work
with you to deepen your practice offerings, increase your billings
and add significant value for your clients.
The Program
We provide the service in conjunction with our partners. The CPA firm is an integral component to the overall client relationship. Centerprise Group goes to great lengths to insure that our CPA partners are well trained in the mechanics of the process. Our training session provides the right amount of information you need to effectively convey the benefit or other high value services to your client, begin the engagement with Centerprise Group and manage the on-going work.
Sales and Marketing Support
The marketing component of the Strategic Partner Program supplies you with the elements you need to inform and educate your client of your Specialized Service offering. In the training we will profile customer traits, industry info and real world examples. We will identify typical sales scenarios, frequently asked questions and typical objections. There is also a hands-on component to identify potential candidates in your existing client base. Finally, to insure that your marketing communications are complete, we will provide brochure templates, web copy, presentation materials, direct mail pieces and more.
