Training and Development
Managing Your Career at Centerprise Group Consulting Group
Centerprise Group provides the opportunities, experiences, and tools that allow our employees

and Centerprise Group. Centerprise Group's success is dependent upon each person performing at a
level that delivers great value to our clients. Our employees experience
continuous development of their skills by taking on assignments that are
critical to meeting business objectives and participating in learning activities
within the firm.
Internal Training
Centerprise Group offers over 30 programs each year to all employees. Training
is not required at Centerprise Group, but is encouraged, as it aligns with
each individual's performance goals for the year. We offer a wide variety
of training, including consulting, technical, and leadership skills.
Certifications
Centerprise Group values consideration of the pursuit of certifications. Advancing knowledge
in this regard is beneficial when the certification aligns with development
goals, improves work quality to clients, and supports the business needs
of Centerprise Group. Certifications that are common among Centerprise Group employees include CPA,
CFA, CFE, CIRA, and CTP.
Professional Societies
Professional societies offer many benefits to members by providing corroboration
of an individual's skills and enhancing Centerprise Group's marketing efforts by demonstrating
the depth of expertise and credentials we can bring to clients' business
issues. Other benefits include communicating industry news, serving to build
networks within professional industries, and offering opportunities to share

of their choice most closely related to their career. We realize that professional
societies are valuable to our people as our business grows and the skills

External Training
When possible we bring vendors in house to perform desired training to individuals
and practice areas. We realize that all of the training needs may not always
be met internally. Therefore, we are supportive of employees' pursuit in
attending external training. These training sessions often align with a desire
to increase skills for a current engagement, or develop and enhance capabilities
in anticipation of future opportunities on engagements.
Tuition Reimbursement
Centerprise Group is competitive in the market place with Tuition Reimbursement for our
employees. Individuals accepted into the top schools in the nation, are performing
at optimal levels, and who have tenure of two years or more with Centerprise Group are
able to apply for acceptance into the program.
